About Me

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, passionate about creating a safe space where you feel truly heard.

Therapy is your space to explore what matters most to you. Everyone’s experiences are unique, which is why I take a client-led approach, working at your pace and focusing on what feels most important for you.

Through empathy, understanding, and acceptance, I create an environment where you can explore even the most difficult thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.

My Services
I offer professional, ethical, and client-led counselling, guided by humanistic techniques and always tailored to your needs.
Sessions are held online, giving you the comfort and privacy of your own space, without the need to travel.
​
I offer sessions that work around your schedule, including evening and weekends.
You can choose the frequency and number of sessions to suit you, with 6–8 weekly or fortnightly sessions often being a helpful place to start.
I warmly welcome trainee counsellors to my practice.
Having experienced the journey to qualification myself, I understand how challenging, reflective, and emotionally demanding training can be.

Personal therapy offers a valuable space to explore insights from your studies, reflect on placement experiences, and process your reactions to client work.
I offer reduced student rates and sessions to fit around your timetable, supporting you throughout your training journey.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are weekly or fortnightly to start.​​​

I work in line with the ethical framework of the BACP, ensuring your therapy is always safe, confidential, and professional.
​
Prior to working together, we will sign a contract and a working agreement which outlines the terms of our counselling sessions. I will further explain these terms in our first session.
